How can I change the text in notifications?

Hello everyone,
I would like to customize the notification: The date should be: 31.01.2026. Always the same format. (Also in the header).
The section “Temporary working time change (Befristete Arbeitszeitänderung)” is duplicated. How can I change this? These fields are EFF.
