Generating Time Exceptions is failing
Hello everyone,
I'm getting an unusual failure while generating time exceptions; no alert is being sent. Viewing the logs I get this message:
--- Alert Invocation Failed ---
Exception details : No enum constant oracle.apps.hcm.wfm.repositoryLoad.protectedModel.compliance.util.GenerateExceptionsFromRulesConstants.TEMPLATE_ATTRIBUTES.EmailAddress
I've searched everywhere for this issue and I opened a ticket with SR, I still haven't found any solution concerning this issue and I wasn't provided any solution from SR.
Has anyone faced this problem before? Is there any way this could be fixed?
Regards,
John-Christ Rahmeh
