How to Load behaviors in the comptency section inside the job model profile

we need to add the behaviors with the minimum proficiency level to the section "Behavioural Comptencies" as shown below in the screenshot by HDL,

we have already checked this document "How To Load Competency With Behaviors (Doc ID 2859903.1)", but with no luck.

Moreover, we need the sample DAT file includes the business object of the behavior, competency name & minimum proficiency level.
