Cells Action->History not opening

Summary: Not able to open the Cells update History in SmartView

I am trying to check the cell update history in the SmartView form and the history window does not pop up. I waited for few mins still the history window did not open.

When I hover the mouse on the excel, can see the minimised window.The history window is minimised and stay for ever.

Works perfectly fine in web. Also, can download the audit logs and view the changes, Just the SmartView form has the issue. Note - it was working fine with the current SmartView version in the past but don't know since when it stopped working.
