Need help on getting started with VB Studio for Cloud HCM

Hi Experts,

We finally got the access to VB Studio for Cloud HCM. However, I think that we still have a few setups to be completed.

I do not have Administrator access to HCM or VB Studio. When I select Visual Builder in Oracle HCM, the following window pops up

Am I on the right screen to get started or I need to ask my Administrator to create a New Project?
