How do we update (patch) the candidate extra info?

I have looked through the latest documentation and found this REST API:

/hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/recruitingCandidateExtraInformation/{recruitingCandidateExtraInformationUniqID}/child/jPersonExtraInformation/{jPersonExtraInformationUniqID}

I know how to get the ID values needed, but how do we format the request body? The documentation is frustratingly vague on this
