Export Metadata from Console

Description (Required):

When viewing resource information in the Console, provide the ability to export resource details to a file (private ip, public ip, instance OCID, shape, etc.)

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Self documentation - allows users to easily copy resource detail/configuration to an external file to use in app documentation, knowledge base, etc.
