Not able to find "Initial Data Ingestion" process to start REDWOOD migration

edited May 28, 2024 8:47PM in Workforce Management 1 comment

Summary:

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We want to start the migration to REDWOOD for Time and Labor and Absence and the first step is to run the process Initial Data Ingestion from the Scheduled Processes, but that process does not exist

Not able to find this process either:

  • Process name: ESS process to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS

Could it be that we are missing a role?

What could be the issue?
