Getting user logged in error while resetting the password

Getting user logged in error while resetting the password for a native account on OCI gen2. The reset email gets generated, after clicking on the Reset Password link in the email, it keeps erroring. How can we overcome this issue?

You can't reset your password because another session is active. Log out of that session, and then reset your password.
