Download for my direct reports on Oracle app

Summary:

We're using the new functionality under My Team - Learning to 'Download for my Direct Reports' or Organisation. When doing this on a desktop the file opens in the browser and works perfectly. However a large portion of our team only have access to Oracle Learning through the Oracle app installed on business devices and when using this functionality through the app, you receive a message saying 'Download Complete' but the download doesn't open and it doesn't show up in the phones files or anywhere that we can see. Where do you open these downloads on a mobile device?
