Redwood Business rule doesn't recognize action code as a condition on Position Page

Summary:

Our requirement is to make certain fields "Read Only" based on the action reason selected whenever we are trying to update the position!

In order to cater that we have created the below business rule in VB Studio, however it seems the action reason condition is not working.

NB: We tried with action reason code, we are not getting desired result. However, when we try the same for some other condition like "Assignment Category" it is working fine.
