Learning renewal - Employee cannot retake learning they have completed
Hello,
We have set up initiatives for our self-paced mandatory training. However when an employee is prompted to retake a particular course, they see their previous completion information within the SCORM and are not able to retake the course.
Here is the learners record. It shows the course was assigned 2 years and 11 months after the previous completion which is what we'd expect from the initiative.
However when they open the SCORM, they see all sections are completed and their course completion certificate is still showing. The test is greyed out and shows the previous completion percentage.
The SCORM content is set to Unlimited recorded attempts so this should not be causing the problem.
