Course visibility when access from community

We have created course with below settings.
Self service setting - No Access
Learner Self service setting - Requested
When a Course Is Accessed from the Learning Resources, Let the Learning Resources Control Access and Visibility . checkbox checked
Added course to closed community.
When a required member/Voluntary member access the courses from the community they can view the course but when they click to requested button they are getting error "You don't have access to this learning item.
"
We are expecting that when the course is accessed through community then it should allow the learner to view and enroll even if self-service setting is "No Access".
