Shipping partial quantities in splitted lines

Summary:

we currently only have the option to split lines in the SO and ship partial quantities by adjusting the scheduled ship date. This process is not efficiently and does not work always as sometimes lines which have a scheduled ship date in the future are interfaced anyway.

We need to have an option to do it in the shipment lines. Either splitting lines and shipping 1 of 2 for example or typing in the quantity that is supposed to be shipped.
