Clarification required on Seniority Date V3 steps

Summary:

Hi, We are on 24B with no previous seniority version migration requirement and need some clarification on how do we start on seniority dates configuration.

Firstly, the 'Cumulative' and 'Display Guided Flow' columns were not visible by default.

We ran 'Migrate to Version 3 of Seniority Dates' process with parameter 'V1 to Noncumulative and V2 to Cumulative V3 Seniority' and columns were visible.

Then, we created these 3 rules:-

1. Enterprise Seniority Date – Person Level
2. Latest Hire Date – Person
3. Legal Employer Seniority Date – Work Relationship Level

Along with which, these 2 rules were created as part of process 'Migrate to Version 3 of Seniority Dates' :-
