Facing issue while picking the material after reservation

Summary:

There is shipment tolerance defined in the system as 10%. Please consider the scenario and the issue as follows:
Lots Qty: 30 KG
Ordered Qty: 1000 KG
Reserved Qty lots: 1020 KG (30 KG *34 Lots)

But create pick wave is only picking 990 KG and not considering the extra lot. Is there any way to solve this?
