how to call java script file in Engagement engine

I placed the js file in CP folder and try to give the entire path in javascript file location://emersonglobalresponsecenter--tst1.custhelp.com/dav/cp/customer/development/views/pages/ee.js

When the EE rule runs its asking for Authentication.

Kindly help how to access the JS file in EE.
