    Where does Oracle Grow Competency Current level feed from?

    Hello,

    In Career paths on Oracle Grow, our competencies have both a target and current level. The target level appears to feed from Job (Model) Profiles correctly. I would think the Current level should come from Talent Profiles, but that doesn't seem to be the case. We have Official Evaluation ratings on our Talent Profile, but they don't reflect on Oracle Grow Current level. Does anyone know where the Current level feeds from? See screenshots below for details.
