Which edits made to an Offering and/or Activity triggers a Learner Notification?
Summary:
Looking to get clarification to determine when is a notification generated to a learner who is already enrolled in an Offering and assuming it has been Reconciled after the change/edit/update.
Is a notification sent to a learner when there is a change to the:
- Offering Start & End Date?
- Offering Primary Classroom?
- Offering Primary Instructor?
- Capacity Rules ? Minimum? Maximum?
- Activity Start & End Time?
- Activity Instructors
- Activity Classroom/Virtual Classroom Type & URL
The reason for my ask is that I have informed that Learners should only receive a change notification when Date, Time, or Location have changed. All other changes should not generate a notification to the learner.
