How to schedule an OTBI report to run for a subset of the full OTBI report?

Summary:

I have an OTBI report I created that lists all active Projects, the assigned project managers and total budgeted amount. The full report with all project mangers is emailed weekly to a group of people but there are so many projects, I would like to be able to send a subset of the report to certain people using a different delivery agent on a different schedule. Project Manager is a parameter in the report currently if we were to run it manually but I can't seem to figure out how to schedule a report to run only for a particular
