Procedure to add the Plan document as an attachment to the acceptance email

Dear Experts,

Could you please elaborate the procedure to add the Plan document as an attachment to the email that is triggered after a participant accepts their plan? We already have the attachment automatically piggybacking on the email that is triggered seeking approval upon "Submit for approval" and would like the attachment enabled for the email that is triggered after acceptance by the participant too.

can you please look into options for having the Participant Plan sent out as an attached document when a plan participant gets the email confirming that they have accepted the plan?
