Currency Translation Issue in FCCS

Summary:

I am experiencing an issue with currency translation where the balances are not updating according to the new exchange rates we have defined in the multi-currency data form. Despite changing the rates in the multi-currency form, the system continues to use the earlier rates instead of the currently defined ones.

We are in the process of defining rate accounts for Translation Overrides. We created these accounts, and they worked fine initially. After that, we removed the rate accounts in the system as we needed to translate the relevant movement using the ending rate. However, the system doesn't translate by picking up the new rate defined in the system.
