Enroll button is visible in course even though Learner Default -Enrollment Setting = is None

We have below set for self-paced course.

Course level settings:

Default View Mode = Detail View (everyone can see the Course when they search)

Learner Default -Enrollment Setting = None (learners can’t enroll in the Course)

Manager Default Enrollment Setting = Active (managers can enroll their employees in the Course)

Offering level settings:

Default View Mode = Detail View (everyone can see available Course Offerings)

Learner Default Enrollment Setting = Active (learners can enroll in the Offerings)

Manager Default Enrollment Setting = Active (managers can enroll their employees in the Offerings)
