Responsive Self-Service Receiving: How-to make receipt on behalf of other requesters?

Dear Experts,

We've recently enabled the Responsive Self-Service Receiving application in our Oracle Fusion instance. This functionality allows requisition preparers to receive goods and services for requisitions they created.

However, we have a business requirement where users who did not prepare the requisition can still create receipts on behalf of the preparer.

To achieve this, I assigned the "Create Self-Service All Requisition Receiving Receipt Privilege" to the relevant user role. Despite the assigned privilege, users cannot view requisitions they didn't prepare within the Responsive Self-Service Receiving application. This limits their ability to create receipts on behalf of others.

Could you please advise your comment how users with the designated privilege can access and create receipts for requisitions raised by other users?
