Is Cut-off Date for Create Cost Accounting Distributions Run control is dependent on Time Zone.

We have two cost organization which are in 2 different time zones i.e. US & Copenhagen, respectively. The time difference between these 2 time zones is around 9 Hrs.

The run control is created for the cost org, cost book using the “User Defined” Cutoff Date option and the Cutoff date is kept the last day of month and time stamp of 11:59 PM.

How will the different time zone have impact on the cutoff dates for these two-cost organization for US & Denmark.

Could someone from the community clarify on the cut-off date and time zones, how it is relevant and the impact of it during the period closure where the ORG in one time zone would be ahead OR behind the other Cost ORG with respect to different times in that time zone.
