BLock PCS Human task email notification approval after the email is forwarded to a different email

Description (Required): Currently the actionable PCS human tasks can be approved by clicking a button on the email. If the user who has received the email forwards this to another email address, the notification can be approved by clicking the button in the forwarded email and the original user who received the email notification would be recorded as the approver. This would cause security and audit issue. If the email is forwarded either the user linked to the email address from which the approval button is clicked must set as the approver of notification or the approval from forwarded address must be blocked.
