Assistance Needed for Learners to Retake Annual Online Renewal Course

Dear Experts,

We have an online renewal course (SCORM) for the learners. The course is self-paced and has one offering. Learners are enrolled through a required learning initiative. As the renewal period approaches or if a learner is in overdue status, we will send a reminder email. In the reminder email body, we have included the course deep link (Self-Service Link) in the course title for learners to access the training.

Currently, when learners click on the course link from their reminder email, they see the message, "You previously completed this item." However, learners are supposed to complete the training for this year. Please assist with how learners can retake the current year's training.
