How to change the default Location flexfield Segment Label "State segment"?

Summary:

Hi,

For the location key flexfield structure, we have 3 segments: Campus, Building and Room as segment1, segment2 and segment3 respectively. To assign the segment labels to them, we are unable to assign segment2 as the BI object name for building since the default segment label code: LOC_STATE is the system default segment2 (please see the attached screenshot). Is there any way to delete this default segment code and assign Building as segment2?
