Can we hide Document Records DFF based on "Not Null" or Value selected?

Summary:

We have 2 DFFs within a Document Records which are actioned upon by HR. We want to display these 2 DFFs to Employee on View and Edit pages if the field is touched by HR

  1. DFF 1
  • This is a checked box with values of Y or N. Default value is N, HR can update the checkbox i.e. value will be Y
  • Requirement is to display this field to employee only if the value is ‘Y’

2. DFF2

  • This field is a Comments field and is free text with 4000 char limitation. HR to add comments
  • Requirement is to display this field to employee only if comments have been entered i.e. not null
