How to make Visa and Permits sections read only for Employee in Redwood

Summary: Hi Team,

We want to make Visa and Permits sections read only for Employee in Redwood Pages.

I had checked in VB Studio section level i am not getting option to make it Read only. If i am doing on Fields level read only then Some of the fields ( Issuing Country and Start Date) does not have option to do that. Can you please help me to achieve this.
