Nepotism Check approval for Family and emergency contact

edited May 31, 2024 4:04PM in Human Capital Management 2 comments

Summary:

When an employee selects a coworker as a contact, and the relationship type falls under nepotism (Brother, Child, Grandchild, In-Law, Nephew, Niece), an FYI email should be sent to the employee instructing them to download the form from the intranet.

Subsequently, the employee must send their approval to an AOR but this rule should be restricted to task 'Select a coworker as a contact". Additionally, if an employee selects a private physician as a contact as a relationship type an FYI email should be sent to the employee
