Hello Oracle Community,I am experiencing a significant issue with my Oracle account. When I attempt to reset my password, I never receive the password reset email. I have tried multiple times, but the email simply does not arrive in my inbox or spam folder.I contacted a live agent regarding this issue, and they advised me to report it here for further assistance. Here are the details of the problem:

  1. Issue Description:
    • I request a password reset for my Oracle account.
    • Despite multiple attempts, I do not receive the password reset email.
  2. Steps Taken:
    • Verified that I am using the correct email address associated with my Oracle account.
