Add New Pay Rate and Old Pay Rate to existing report

Summary:

I've been working on making an adjustment to a report (linked below) to add columns for current pay rate and old pay rate. Right now, the sql in the report is returning the same hourly rate for both the current pay rate and the old pay rate. If anyone knows what criteria or changes I might need to make to export the data correctly, that would be appreciated.

Attached is the SQL used to generate the data model for this report.
