Monthly Maintenance Window for Regulated Customers of Fusion Cloud Applications

Several Fusion Cloud Application services strive to meet requirements for certain regulatory frameworks. Starting in July 2024, customers who subscribe to these services will be assigned to a monthly Maintenance Window. This monthly cadence is required to fulfill audit and compliance requirements for all required security patches for a customer environment.  Additional off-cycle maintenance windows may be used as needed for urgent security updates and will be performed in accordance with the Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies.

The following table contains a list of Fusion Cloud Application services and the applicable regulatory framework that mandates maintenance requirements. Customers of these services will experience a higher frequency of maintenance than the standard Fusion Cloud Applications Quarterly Maintenance schedule.
