Fast Formula - Stop Accuring Annual Leave If The Employee Is On Another Leave Of Absence

Hello,

We require a formula for calculating annual leave accruals. The formula should grant 1.83 days of annual leave per month unless the employee is on another type of leave, such as unpaid leave.

For example, If the employee is currently on 'unpaid leave', the formula should cease accruing annual leave for that period.

It is important to note that we do not want to use the employee's assignment status to determine if they are on unpaid leave. Instead, we only want to check if they are on any other type of leave.

Does anyone have experience with creating such a formula? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Howdy, Stranger!
