Is it possible to enable a filter in the My Learning tab for "Noncatalog Item"?

Is it possible to enable a filter in the My Learning tab so that the user can filter by "Noncatalog Item" added through the Record External Learning page?

Today the user can view "No Catalog Item" only when accessing completed training and then accessing the desired training. There is no quick filter. Any suggestion?
Only after selecting the completed training can the user identify whether it is a Noncatalog Item.
