Learning Alert Count

Hi Team,

We have created a custom learning alert with the following filters based on the Service Request (SR). However, we are experiencing a count mismatch that we are unable to reconcile. We raised this issue with Oracle, but they have informed us that they cannot provide support for this matter. Could someone please advise us on how to resolve this issue?

Alert Condition:

  • Conjunction: ORA_AND
  • Resource Path: /learnerLearningRecords
  • Active Only: ${assignmentStatus} = 'ORA_ASSN_REC_ACTIVE'
  • New Filter: ${assignmentCreatedDate} >= sysdate - 1/24
  • Required: ${assignmentType} = 'ORA_REQUIRE_ASSIGNMENT'

Issue Replication:

  1. Create a course and offering.
  2. Enroll 5100 employees in the course.
  3. Schedule and run the alert.
