Validate Field Values option no visible in VB stuido

Summary: We have created a rule in change salary and done some field level changes. As part of 24B, we should see Validate Field value options, But we are unable to see that option in any of our pages. When we create a new workspace, we see that Validate Field value option but Admin Salary change page is not opening. Do we need to enable anything in our old workspace where we have done many personalization changes. I have also attached screenshot of the same.
