Importing Change Relationships

Hi,

We are implementing Oracle Product Management. We are trying to bring all the change orders Relationships to Oracle fusion from Agile PLM. We have imported change orders which are in completed status using FBDI. But there is no placeholder for Change Relationships in FBDI template. We have tried using the webserivice (/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/productChangeOrdersV2/{productChangeOrdersV2UniqID}/child/changeOrderRelationships) to import Change Relationships but this is not successful for "Completed" change orders which are imported. Please let us know how we can achieve this.
