Hi Everyone,

Does IChatAutomation class in oracle Righnow AddIn has an event handler to raise a notification when a new chat is received in oracle service clooud? Because I need to get Chat notification so I can open a chat incident on agent desktop

Any documentation for IChatAutomation implementation reference will help me also
