24B - Multiple Redwood Profile Values enabled whilst marked as disabled in Doc 2922407.1

The following values are missing from Doc 2922407.1, despite being enabled as default in our environments post 24B:
ORA_HCM_OPP_MARKET_PLACE_JOBS
ORA_PAY_MY_IN_CALCARD_REDWOOD_ENABLED

These are enabled in our environment, and states last updated by SEED_DATA_FROM_APPLICATION, however the document states:
ORA_ANC_DONATIONS_VBCS_UI_ENABLED states delivered as OFF.
ORA_ANC_DISBURSEMENTS_VBCS_UI_ENABLED states delivered as OFF.
ORA_CMP_WORKFORCE_COMPENSATION_REDWOOD_ENABLED states delivered as OFF.

Can we answer why those values are missing, and those defaulted as OFF have been set to Y by Oracle.
