Redwood page migration using helper tool

Hi Everyone,

Is it mandatory to delete the Transaction Design Studio (TDS) Rules, Page personalizations in the respective responsive pages before we migrate the personalizations to the respective Redwood pages using the Helper Tool ? Example if we are trying for 'Add Pending Worker' then do we need to delete all the 
TDS rules and page personalization associated with 'Add Pending Worker' page in responsive page before we do the migration using the Helper tool?
