REQUISITION_POSTED State Code Giving Strange Results

Hello,

I have a need to find the most recent date a requisition was posted and unposted. For compliance purposes, we need to ensure our jobs are being posted for a minimum of 5 days when being posted on the External Career Site. In order to find the most recent posted and unposted date, I used LSQL to join the Subject Areas (attached if helpful). I noticed a large number of jobs showing as 0 days posted, meaning they were posted and unposted on the same day. I dug into the results, and it seems to be
