How to set adjustment approval limit based on percentage?

How to set Adjustment Approval limit based on percentage

Currently we can set adjustment approval based on amount limit but client has requirement to set this limit based on percentage of the invoice amount.
E.g: Min : 1% Max : 5% ———-Approver1
Min: Greater than 5% Max: 20% ———Approver2.

Kindly let us know if we can capture it through BPM approval or through any other process. This percentage will calculated based on invoice amount.
