How to attach data file to mail using pipeline?

Summary:

Within Pipeline, there is an option to attach logs from Process Details. Instead of attaching logs, is it possible for pipeline to attach a data file (*.csv or *.dat format) and mail it to the person mentioned in Send_To variable?

There is an option to select "File" under Validation Type and then select desire file under Default Value tab. Is it possible to share this file on mail or can you please provide any other option to share file on mail via pipeline once extract is completed?
