Can a Vanity URL be setup for the OTBI or BIP Reports

Summary: One of the requirements is to have a Vanity URL setup for accessing the OTBI/BIP reports from external source.

Use case: Users will access the OTBI / BIP reports from an external source like when they are logged in the browser from another application and the ask is to show the URL once the Report is clicked similar to the one the users are currently on (external application) and not show as oracle.com URL in the browser.

Is this feasible and how can this be achieved?
