Leasing decrement

working oracle cloud 24A

in existing Leasing, there is a need to add a Payment Increase Agreement, -1,000.00

at the Associated Payment section there is no data to display,

in the same Leasing, another existing payment increase agreement 2003 is associated Payment ok:

why there is no data to display (for associated payments) under the new one we try to add? per first screenshot
