Entry level approval with monthly timecard

Require inputs on entry level approval rules for timecards.

Hi All,

Require your inputs on approval rules for timecards.

We have a monthly timecard, but each entry made for overtime needs to be sent to approval individually to approver.

I followed this setup and created an ELA rule. It is triggering the notifications, but the issue is multiple notifications gets triggered each time the timecard is updated for a new entry and sent for approval. That is, say I enter an overtime for 2 June, manager gets notified and approves. Then again, I submit for 3 June, then there are 2 notifications now, with same details and now manager has to approve twice.

Howdy, Stranger!
