PROBATION NOTIFICATION IN ORACLE

Hey all,

Do you know if it is possible and how, to create an automated notification/email that will go out to employees when HR team updates their assignment details, specifically on the assignment change action called "End Probation Period".

Is there a way of creating a notification template that will automatically be sent to the employee when HR team updates their assignment page with the action End probation period?
