Redwood MyTeams Learning page does not show current information for learning

When our managers go into MyTeam Learning they are seeing courses overdue when in fact the course was complete for the learner several days ago. Another manager has new direct reports that don't show up for her. I've got several examples where the MyTeams page is showing old information instead of the current information.

I have looked to see if there are any scheduled processes required and I see none. Any thoughts on what to do to keep the learning information updated for the managers?
